Sunday, Dec. 16th Avery in the Church Christmas Program

Avery performed Sunday evening in our church's Christmas program "The Legend of the Christmas King". She played a poor peasant girl and sang a solo! We were so proud of her!

Matthew enjoyed the show too!

Maci's not too sure!

Avery singing her solo!

Avery said she just pretended she was singing for her Mommy and Daddy instead of a crowded church! A great time was had by all!

Christmas Greetings 2007

Matthew, Avery, & Maci hanging out in front of the Christmas Tree!
It is such a blessing to see Christmas through a child's eyes, all the excitement and wonder of the season. Of course, they have the "I wannas", but Marc and I are teaching them about giving to others and being thankful for our blessings and the most important reason, Jesus' birth.

Merry Christmas to all of our friends and family!

Love the Kletke Krew!

Maci is sitting up!

Maci began sitting up on Thanksgiving Day at Grammy Meg's and Papa Darrel's house. She was 6 months and 2 weeks old.

She is enjoying being able to sit up in the bathtub and really enjoys "eating" her washcloth!

Ga Ga chose Red Lobster for the birthday girls dinner and then Daddy and Mommy took the kiddos to Toys R Us to cap off the birthday Day! It was then home and time for bed! Yippee! Sweet Dreams to all!

School Carnival & October Fun

Avery & Matthew had their school carnival on Friday night. They were so excited! All 3 Kletke Kiddos got their picture made together with a Fall Backdrop~can't wait to get that picture! Then it was on to the games! The first thing they did was the dunk tank. Their principal was sitting up there and Avery almost dunked him, but it was Mighty Matthew who delivered the final blow and got himself and his principal soaking wet! Then it was on to the inflatables for jumping. We then headed into the gym where they had various games set up and the kids filled their sacks with candy prizes. I finally convinced them to eat dinner, but when we got to the cafeteria they were out of pizza. So Matthew got his favorite, popcorn and they both got a snowcone. We sat outside and the kids shivered as they ate their snowcones. A good time was had by all!

Pumpkin Patch

The 1st grade classes at Avery's school went to the TG Farms
Pumpkin Patch on Monday. They got to learn about pumpkins, walk through
the petting zoo, ride on a hayride, run through a cornstalk maze, and ride
tricycles on a muddy track. FUN!~FUN!
When it was time to leave, Avery got to pick out a pumpkin
to take home. I think she was the most excited about
riding on the school bus!

Enchanted Ball at The Little Gym

Matthew and Avery both take classes at the Little Gym in OKC. They had an Enchanted Ball Friday night and mom and I took the kiddos to it. They played in the gym, ate ice cream and took a carriage ride, after a long wait in line. Avery dressed up in her princess outfit, but Matthew didn't want to wear a prince crown.
How long do we have to wait in line? I want to ride the carriage NOW!!!

We're getting bored with this long line!

Yea! We're on the carriage!

Check out the doggie behind Avery! He was really sweet.
